Erica Juneau is a mom on the go. Not only does she have 2 incredible girls of her own but she is also a sought after day care provider. Between chasing kids, crafts, colds, meals, dance, hostessing, workouts and events; this woman moves. Juneau decided to make the switch to clean deodorant when she was pregnant with her first in 2010. "I started looking into everything I put in and on my body. I switched exclusively in September 2016 and never looked back" she says. Since then she has been on the hunt for the best natural beauty products; one of the most challenging...deodorant.
Our hip mommy wanted a clean deodorant that could stand up to her busy lifestyle without having to re-apply it 100 times a day. She ranked the deodorant on overall effectiveness and the factors included; keeping you fresh, keeping you dry, no irritation and no stains.

The Results
1. The Winner
Mabrook + Co. Vanilla Mint in a stick | $12.53 USD

This by far THE BEST deodorant I've used, hands down. It smells amazing and I feel fresh all day long. I don't reapply 100 times a day and when I do start to sweat, I still smell great! The mint is really nice.
2. The Runner Up
Crawford Street Lemon Cream Deodorant | approx. $15 USD
Crawford Street lemon in a tub is my number 2 choice. It smells great and works pretty well. It's anti-fungal and good for sensitive pits. The tub can make it a bit messy if you're reapplying on the go. Available in travel size too.
3. Third Place
Soapwalla Original Deodorant Cream | $14 USD

Soapwalla original formula was the first natural deodorant I used that actually worked. It has great reviews. I stuck with this one for a bit but for me, after a while, it started to irritate my underarms when I sweat a lot. There was some redness but the smell factor was still good.
Honestly you've just got to do it, take the plunge. your body is going to detox for a few weeks and you will smell no matter what you use, but once you get past that phase it's great and it's the best thing that you can do for your body. Just research what's in your antiperspirant and it will freak you right out. Make the switch, you wont regret it.
Thanks Erica!
